Hello Parents, We would like to take a moment to walk you through a party so that you know exactly what to expect. From booking your party all the way to the big day. When you first call we will need to set up a date, time and secure the deposit for your party. Then we will need to know the birthday girls name, age and approximately how many girls will be in attendance for the party. Invitations are printed with your name and RSVP number already on them. The invitations are ready two weeks prior to the party for the parents to drop by and pick up. (please call 24 hours in advance before dropping by) We ask that the number of adults staying for each party be limited to four as our space is limited for now until we expand to a larger location. Birthday family is welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to the party. When everyone arrives for the party, each girl is taken back to the dressing room to change into either a costume or robe depending on which party has been booked. Girls then enjoy different services, dancing or games depending on the party. (please see individual parties for details) After the girls have each received their services, a group photo is taken by one of our SLP staff. The girls then change out of their costumes or robes. Each girl receives a SLP backpack and group photo in SLP frame to take home. If you have any other questions please feel free to give us a call.
Spa La Petite is all about you! We want to provide you with the highest standards of service and personal care, in the most professional environment so that you will return and recommend us again and again! Spa La Petite services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate number (or receipt if purchased online) is required to reserve all Spa La Petite services. If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour advance notice for all spa/salon services. A seven day notice is required for all Spa La Petite parties. A 50% deposit is required for all groups & parties. A seven (7) day cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund. Within a 7 day notice will result in a 50% charge. Failure to cancel the party (a no show), will result in full charge and no exchanges. Cancellations of less than 24-hours on spa/salon services will be charged a 50% fee. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged 100% fee. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. Late arrivals may be rescheduled, or the remainder of the service time may be used at full price. Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift certificate may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discounts. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
